Resilience Week 2026: A Week of Connection, Reflection, and Community
From May 1–7, communities across our region will come together to celebrate Resilience Week 2026—a week dedicated to connection, wellbeing, and the collective work of building stronger, more supportive communities.
This year’s theme centers on community connection, highlighting the many ways we can support ourselves and one another through shared experiences, creativity, and care.

An interactive training for providers and community helpers focused on trauma-informed and restorative skills to support others while staying grounded yourself.

🌱 Youth Art Exhibition (May 1–31)
A month-long showcase of youth voices and creativity exploring resilience, connection, and community through art.
🎉 ReadyKids Block Party – Kidchella (May 2)
A free, family-friendly event with games, performances, food, and activities for all ages—plus access to local resources and services.
🧠 Regulation Day (May 3)
Follow along on our social media for self-guided prompts to build skills in regulation, mindfulness, and relaxation.
🌿 Restoration Day (May 6)
Explore self-guided prompts focused on restoration and learn how restorative practices support individual and community wellbeing.
